Nova
Your single front door. Tell Nova what you need; she routes it to the right specialist or handles it herself.
Who Nova is
Nova is the operator you'd put between yourself and your team if you had a team. She's the only employee you talk to directly — every other specialist (Atlas, Jax, and everyone shipping in the months ahead) sits behind her. Hand Nova any task and she decides: is this research (route to Atlas)? Outbound (route to Jax)? A planning or prioritisation question she can answer herself in the six-field founder format? She reads the active-agent registry on every routing decision, so when specialist #4 ships she starts using them automatically — no prompt rewrite required.
Trust gate
Routes tasks to specialists or answers directly with a recommendation. Doesn't send outbound itself; the specialists it routes to do (with their own approval gates).
What Nova does today
- Single-front-door routing to the right specialist on every task
- Direct handling of planning, prioritisation, and quick-answer questions
- Six-field founder-format output on self-handled tasks
- Reads active-agent registry on every call — new specialists are picked up automatically
- Reasoning is exposed: every routing decision includes a one-sentence "why I routed here"
- Fallback logic — if the routing model is down, Nova defaults to the known-active specialist instead of failing silently
Tools & integrations
- Claude Haiku for routing decisions (fast, cheap, sufficient)
- Claude Haiku for direct self-handling
- agent_registry.json — live read of which specialists are active
- Persistent memory across conversations (Nova remembers what you asked yesterday)
On the roadmap
- Multi-step task decomposition — Nova breaks "launch the campaign" into Atlas + Jax + Mira sub-tasks and orchestrates the handoff
- Status digest — Nova sends you a daily Telegram brief on what every specialist shipped
- Voice-input front door (talk to Nova; she routes)

Two real briefs, two real outputs. Not screenshots — this is the format you’ll see in your dashboard.
Routing decision: This is two tasks. The research half (find 5 fintech Series-A founders) goes to **Atlas** first; once we have the list, the drafting half goes to **Jax** with each lead as input. Handing off to Atlas now with this brief: "Pull 5 fintech B2B SaaS companies that closed a Series A in the last 90 days. For each: company name, founder name, what they're building in one sentence, one verifiable hook from a recent post or press mention." Once Atlas returns the list (ETA ~30 seconds), I'll forward each row to Jax for a personalised draft. All 5 emails will land in your approvals queue — nothing sends without your tap. Reasoning: Single-agent attempts at compound tasks like this fail at the seams. Splitting it preserves accountability — you'll see Atlas's sources AND Jax's confidence score per draft.
**Recommendation:** Spend all 6 hours on the demo video. Everything else on your list compounds slower than a working demo does. **Why it matters:** You're 10 days from launch with no demo. Of your other items — pricing page polish, FAQ expansion, blog post — none of them move conversion the way a 90-second "this is what it actually does" video does. Pricing is already 80% there. The blog post is a 60-day SEO play, not a launch play. **Next action:** Block all 6 hours tomorrow. Script in hour 1, record + screen-capture in hours 2-3, edit in 4-5, upload + embed on landing page in hour 6. Don't optimise — ship a v1. **Risk:** Demo video takes longer than expected; you ship a half-done one or none at all. Mitigation: cap each phase with a timer. Imperfect-but-shipped beats perfect-but-launched-without. **Approval needed:** NO — planning and ops advice, no outbound action **KPI:** Demo video embedded on landing page by end of day tomorrow; landing page conversion measured against last week as control.
