Sign up — free, no card
Go to ownazents.ai/signup and create an account with email or Google. You start on the Free Trial with ~50 tasks/month — enough to try every feature without spending a cent.
Describe your agent in one sentence
You'll land on the onboarding flow. Type what your agent should do — “Help me reply to real-estate leads” or “Run customer support for my Shopify store”. Claude reads it and builds an SOP (standard operating procedure): role, responsibilities, workflows, hard limits, escalation rules.
Review the SOP — edit anything you don't like
The SOP is editable. Add a workflow, remove a rule, change the personality. This is the “brain” of your agent. Take a moment here — it's much easier than fixing it later.
Launch and start delegating
Hit confirm. Your office is live. Head to /dashboard/office — that's your one chat with the whole team. @mention Nova, Jax, Mira (or any of the 13) to route a message, or just describe what you need and the router picks the right employee for you. Or connect Telegram (see Connections) and brief the office from your phone.
Your agent
Each agent has a name, a persona (its voice), an SOP (its rules), and a list of enabled tools. You can have multiple agents on higher plans — one for sales, one for support, one for content — and switch between them in the sidebar.
Where you actually talk to the team
Chat lives in one place — /dashboard/office — not on each employee's page. Drop a message, @mention the employee you want (or let the router pick), and the conversation stays in the shared office thread so every teammate has full context. Tony talks to JARVIS once, not 13 separate apps.
Each employee still has a workspace at /dashboard/agents/<id> — that's where you tune their brain, tools, knowledge, and workflow. A Talk to {name} button at the top jumps you back to the Office with the @mention pre-typed.
Agents save their memory across conversations. The longer you use them, the better the office gets at how you write, who your customers are, and what you usually want done.
Tools
Tools are the real-world abilities your agent can use. Without tools, an agent is just a chatbot. With tools, it can actually do things — search the web, send an email, generate an image, schedule a meeting.

Toggling tools per agent
Open /dashboard/tools. Each tool has a switch — flip it on and the agent can use it on its next message. Some tools have monthly quotas based on your plan (e.g. 100 web searches/mo on Starter); the bar on each card shows what you've used.
Offices
An Office is a pre-staffed team of AI Employees that auto-instantiate the moment you sign up. You don't build agents one by one — you pick a tier and we provision the right team for it.
Three tiers:
- Free Trial (1 employee) — pick from 13 named AI Employees: Nova (assistant), Jax (sales), Lyra (content), Echo (support), Mira (marketing), Tessa (finance), and more.
- Office — $99/mo (3 flagship specialists today, lifting as new specialists ship) — Atlas, Jax, Nova. All built-in tools unlocked. ~2,000 tasks/month.
- Agency — $499/mo (all 13 specialist employees) — multi-tenant client workspaces, white-label branding, custom MCP integrations, dedicated support. ~20,000 tasks/month.
Every employee ships with a name, role, SOP, personality, and tool loadout. They start working day one with zero setup. See your team at /dashboard/team.
Tone & personality
Each AI Employee comes with a default tone that fits their role — Sales is professional, Content is creative, Support is friendly, Operations is concise. Tone is set per-employee, not office-wide, so Mira (Marketing) can be playful while Tessa (Finance) stays buttoned-up.
You can change any employee's tone from their workspace page — open them from /dashboard/team. Office-wide defaults for new employees live in /dashboard/settings.
The shortcut to remember: Tools = what they can do, Tone = how they sound, Office = which roles you've hired.
Workflows
Each AI Employee ships with built-in workflows — recurring routines they run on schedule. Mira drafts the weekly content batch every Monday. Tessa sends the Friday finance summary. Atlas runs the Monday ops review. You approve, they ship.
Workflows belong to the employee — open any teammate from /dashboard/team and switch to their Workflow tab to see (and tweak) their schedule. Bigger Offices unlock more employees, which unlocks more workflows.
Connections
Telegram (the headline integration)
- Open Telegram, message @BotFather
- Send
/newbot, follow the prompts (pick a name + username) - Copy the bot token BotFather gives you
- Paste it into the Telegram card on /dashboard/connections
- Hit save. Your agent is now reachable on Telegram. Send
/startto your bot to test.
Google Workspace (Gmail + Calendar)
One-click OAuth. Click “Connect Google”, pick the account, approve the scopes, done. Once connected, thegmail_send and calendar_schedule tools flip from coming-soon to live for your agent.
WhatsApp / Slack / Discord

Billing & credits
Credits
Credits are how the agent “spends” to do work. A simple chat reply = 1 credit. A web-search-and-summarise = 2-5 credits. An image generation = ~10 credits. Your plan includes a monthly pool that resets on the 1st.

Cancelling
One click from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle and we won't charge again.

/dashboard/settings is where you control:

- Agent Config — agent name, personality, persona
- Plan & Limits — at-a-glance summary of what your plan unlocks plus a link to billing
- Notifications — email digests, agent alerts, weekly reports
- API Keys — bring-your-own-key for advanced users
- Danger Zone — delete your agent, delete your account
